Please note that all residencies start on Tuesdays and conclude on Mondays (14 days/13 nights). Rooms are booked by request, with every consideration given to those first in applications. Dates and requested rooms are assigned and confirmed upon receipt of a completed application and a non-refundable 50% deposit (see rates here).
